I called today to inquire about a pocket watch up for bidding on Jan 12th. I spoke with Samantha who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the item in question. She advised me she would send me the information that I required to make a better informed bid. She took my email address and in a very short period of time I had several excellent pictures that helped me to decide what my highest will be. Without her help I would have had to stop bidding on this particular item. Her help was invaluable to me and she should be rewarded for her timely efforts and efficiency. Terry has been a great help in assisting my family in our efforts to sell my husband’s tools and equipment upon his death from COVID. We are also extremely appreciative for the gentleman (Joseph, Christian and Antonio) who came out to our home to pick up the multiple tool boxes. They worked consistently until all the boxes and tools were loaded into the van (maneuvering through uneven ground and sand) with professionalism and care. Very well organized operation for picking up auction winnings. I have not been on-site for a live auction, only participating through the online access, but these folks know what they’re doing. The facility itself is fun to see. Lots of oddities around the building to check out when picking up items. If you won something large, like furniture or machinery, the pickup is around the back of the building. Around back there is plenty of room for backing in a truck or trailer. Small items are inside and accessible through the front entrance. – Via Google
